	Cancellation Policy for Field Sessions, Photo Classes and Software Training More than seven days before: Receive a full refund or apply the payment towards a future event. Seven days or less before: The payment may only be applied to a future event. If the event is full when the cancellation is made, the refund or transfer of payment to a future event (per timeline above) is dependent on filling the empty space. If the space is not filled the payment cannot be refunded or transferred to another event.
