	Field Sessions

	Field sessions are all about getting out and taking pictures. Putting your skills into practice and enjoying the process of creating new images. Corey will be sharing photo tips, demonstrating shooting techniques and offering ideas for how to capture your best shots. He'll recommend camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, white balance, ISO), as well as help you with your creative vision so you can capture the image you imagine. A small group size allows Corey to work with everyone individually - answering questions and providing feedback as you photograph. See you in the field! Critiques Included! After you've had a chance to edit and process your images, you can receive a critique with constructive feedback. Attendees may submit ten photos taken during the field session for a personal photo video critique. In the critique video you'll see your photos displayed on Corey's monitor as he discusses their strengths and weaknesses. As he talks about an image he'll also make adjustments to it, showing you how it can be improved by modifying tone, color and contrast, applying selective adjustments, and other techniques. The critiques are included in the field session cost.

	Lucketts Antiques
	The antiques stores in Lucketts are a great place to pick up something for your home - but the unique collection of items makes it a goldmine for photographers too. We'll photograph at two stores, right across the street from each other. They each have their own style, offering distinctly different types of photo ops. From quirky and creative to unusual and hip, it's all got a character of its own. This is the place to explore the details. Picking out abstract compositions. Playing with color, texture, line and shape as you explore the possibilities. Great subjects for a Lensbaby too! 	Bluebells at Manassas National Battlefield Park
	Bluebells carpeting the forest floor. A delight for macro photography, capturing these delicate flowers in creative and abstract compositions. Enjoy the opportunity to photograph small scenes, bluebells and other early spring wildflowers. 	Franciscan Monastery: Tulips and Architectural Details
	The display of tulips at the Franciscan Monastery is incredible. Tulips in a multitude of colors, along with other spring flowers, cover the courtyard. Inside the monastery there are beautiful architectural designs along with intricate details to discover. 	Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens: Lotuses and Water Lilies
	The annual lotus bloom is a sight to behold at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Large ponds filled with lotuses creates a sea of pink and white blossoms. You’ll also find photogenic hardy and tropical water lilies. Wildlife is common too, including herons, dragonflies and frogs. 	Cancellation Policy for Field Sessions, Photo Classes and Software Training More than seven days before: Receive a full refund or apply the payment towards a future event. Seven days or less before: The payment may only be applied to a future event. If the event is full when the cancellation is made, the refund or transfer of payment to a future event (per timeline above) is dependent on filling the empty space. If the space is not filled the payment cannot be refunded or transferred to another event.
